We have an unbridled appetite to bring you pizza that tastes as if it has been brought out fresh from a back street pizzeria in Naples.
We’ve been perfecting our craft over a number of years, but our journey starts here, and we want you to bring it to you.

At the moment, we are at the ‘soft launch’ stage and will be announcing a limited number of ‘pop-up’ evenings in Tangmere. If you’re interested in trying our pizzas then follow our social media pages for announcements and details as to how you can order.
Style
True Neapolitan pizzas are cooked at very high temperatures (at least 500 degrees Celsius) and in a wood fired oven to achieve the slight char achieved on the crust (the unmistakable pop-marked appearance).
Our pizzas stick to the traditional styles and come in four staple varieties: the Marinara; the classic Margherita; the Napoli (spicy salami and chilli oil) and the pepperoni.
We will also be offering one other pizza on a monthly rotation, so follow our socials to keep up to date with our changes.
